Books for School Libraries

Two more schools in Gauteng received donations of books to their school libraries from the American Libraries in South Africa.

The donations are intended to encourage learners to use the school libraries by adding both interesting American reading material and science & environmental material which supports the curricula.

Young Entrepreneurs

Young people, hungry for information and knowledge that will help them expand their horizons, attended a presentation on entrepreneurship by US Agency for International Development economic growth officer Dr. Tina Dooley-Joneson. It was hosted by the American Library in Pretoria and the Dr. JS Moroka Municipal Library in Maphotla, Mpumalanga.
