Ramadan Food parcels for Orphans

The US Consulate in Cape Town donated food parcels to the Al Noor Orphanage August 28. The food parcels were put together by consulate staff from donations given during the first week of Ramadan by consulate employees.
Al Noor , located in the Woodstock neighborhood of Cape Town, looks after school-going children whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS. The children are given accommodation and their education and well being are looked after until they can be reintegrated into their homes.
